  • What is your pricing policy? Beresford Company promises to offer prices competitive with all its competition. Some manufactures require us to offer their products at MSRP, and we are proud to respect their wishes. Many manufacturers offer quantity discounts. Please call our experienced sales staff to request a quote.

  • How do I place my order? Orders can be placed online by using the Shopping Cart at BeresfordCo.com, or by calling us toll free at 800-229-9963. Customers near our Southfield, MI headquarters can reach us at 248-350-2900.

  • What are my payment options? Beresford Company accepts cash, personal or business check (Net 30 pending approval), wire transfers and all major credit cards. If you have a different net pay period, please talk to your sales person for approval prior to placing your order. International orders must be paid in US dollars, and due to increasing fraud, may require prior authorization. If your company requires the use of a Purchase Order, please email all purchase documents to sales@beresfordco.com or fax to 248-350-3115.

  • Does Beresford Company charge sales tax? Sales tax is added to applicable orders in Michigan and Indiana. We do not add sales tax to any other locations at this time. If you are tax exempt, please provide your Certificate of Exemption via Fax (248-350-3115) or via email at sales@beresfordco.com. Orders placed without proof of exemption will be taxed as appropriate.

  • Is my credit card information secure? Beresford Company's credit card transactions are securely encrypted, and your credit card information is shredded immediately upon processing. Our staff may ask you to provide information specific to your credit card billing, such as your billing address. Please see our "Privacy & Security Policy" for more information.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? If your product is in stock, your order will be shipped the same day it is placed. Most orders are shipped using UPS Ground, and will arrive in 1-5 days, depending on the distance from our Southfield, MI headquarters. Occasionally, your product may be backordered. Custom orders will require additional time for processing. International shipping is handled on a case by case basis. Please speak to your sales person for more precise information.   • What if I don't receive my order? Please contact us immediately at 800-229-9963 and ask for your sales contact. We can assist you with order processing and/or tracking information.

  • Do you have a return policy? Definitely! Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. Please refer to our "Return Policy" for more information.

  • Does my product come with a warranty? Please refer to your sales person for specific warranty information. Most printer manufacturers offer a one year warranty, and extended warranties are available on some products.

  • What if I need help with installation? Most of our products come with easy-to-follow directions for set-up and production. If you require more specialized assistance, on-site installation and training for ID Badge systems is available.

  • Do you have a service department? Beresford Company has factory-trained service technicians for every ID printer manufacturer we sell, and some problems are solved with a simple call. On-site service is available for a competitive price for those within a 3 hour radius of our Southfield, MI facility. In-house service is available for all others. Your printer will be diagnosed, cleaned, a repair quote provided, and returned to you as quickly as feasibly possible. Call 800-229-9963 for service concerns.
