Shipping and Return Policy
When will my order ship?
Most orders received by 2 pm are shipped the same day. Those placed later in the afternoon are shipped the following business day. Occasionally, we may not have enough stock to fill your order, and you will be informed of the approximate wait time. Back orders will be shipped as soon as possible, with varying times depending on individual manufacturers. Those requesting expedited shipping will be processed as quickly as possible, pending product availability.
Where is my product shipped from?
Although Beresford Company regularly stocks and ships many items from its Southfield, Michigan location, some items may be shipped from other locations throughout the United States, pending product availability. Back-ordered items will be shipped upon receipt in our office.
How are my shipping charges determined?
Unless otherwise requested, Beresford Company uses UPS Ground shipping for all orders within the United States. Estimated shipping costs are displayed in your shopping cart once your zip code is entered. A small handling fee is added to most shipments (no more than $5.00). Expedited shipping or alternative carriers are available on an individual basis. Beresford Company is happy to ship orders collect (on customers account number). International orders will be handled on a case by case basis, and estimated charges can be determined by contacting us at email@example.com or 800-229-9963.
Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, UPS does not allow for shipping to APO/FPO addresses. We can, however, ship orders via US Mail at their standard published rates. These orders may require advanced payment authorization prior to shipping.
Can you ship to post office boxes?
We do not ship to post office boxes. Orders can only be shipped to your physical home or business address.
Any unopened/unused item, (with the exception of software or special order items) may be returned to Beresford Company within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our sales representatives for any questions regarding software prior to purchase.
Items must be in their original factory-sealed packaging, and should be sent back to Beresford Company freight pre-paid (customer is responsible for shipping costs). Beresford Company will not reimburse original shipping costs, and customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Beresford Company does not accept return of any of the following opened items without prior authorization: printers, media cards, ribbons, and/or printer cleaning kits. Other opened but unused items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact your sales representative.
Should you receive a defective product from Beresford Company, please promptly contact your sales representative for an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Your product will be replaced and shipped back to you as quickly as possible. RMA's should be requested within 30 days of receipt of product, and clearly displayed on any packages returned to Beresford Company. Your sales representative will assist you with return shipping options. Items should be returned to Beresford Company within 15 days of receipt of RMA.
For your safety, all returns should be sent prepaid (customer is responsible for shipping costs) via a credible carrier offering tracking capability, and insured for the proper amount. Beresford Company is not responsible for items that fail to arrive at our office or items that have been damaged. All returns should be addressed to:

Credit will be issued to the original credit card upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Beresford Company does not credit shipping charged on the original order.
